FAQ

Why are Stars more expensive?

App Stores take a 30% commission. Use Crypto/USDT for 1:1 rates.

Is it unlimited?

Yes, unlimited kWh and time per session.

How to start charging?

Connect the charging cable, then send a screenshot from the app and the connector number.

What if charging stopped by itself?

Write in the bot chat and support will restart it for you.

How to buy Stars cheaper?

Log into Telegram from a PC or phone browser and try purchasing Stars there — the prices should be lower because Apple Pay / Google Pay charge an extra commission.

I have friends with electric cars, can I bring them?

Sure! Have your friend write that they are from you, and we'll give you a discount on charging.

I have a suggestion to improve your service

Write in the bot chat, we'll discuss it!
